The principal, Chris Eyres, has practised as qualified Architect in Bradford for over forty years .

Our practice ensures the broadest scope of abilities and experience on all sides of design, artistic ability and technical expertise.

Chris Eyres Designs provide a full range of architectural services to ease your application through planning and building regulations

We will discuss the project with you and offer advice on the options available.  Sketch schemes will be provided to allow us to develop your requirements and then submit these as a planning application. The technical details will then be added and the project taken through to the building regulation approval.

Our work base has always been wide and varied. We have a flexible approach to work and design, which enables us to undertake a wide selection of projects.

The office is based in the centre of Bradford and provides professional architectural services for a wide range of clients across Bradford’s rich cultural background and beyond.

We also have a close working relationship with Bradford College and have undertaken several schemes within the community including Mosques.

We have invested in state of the art computer equipment to ensure that we can provide an efficient and up to date service for our clients.

The Practice has over forty years experience as a qualified Architect working on housing schemes ranging from conversion of existing buildings including local mills as well as new housing schemes ranging from large single detached houses to schemes up to seventy dwellings.

We work with the local community and GP Practices and have designed several new medical centres and provided plans to improve and to extend existing premises.

The office is adjacent to Bradford University and Bradford College complex. We provide architectural services to the college in relation to teaching and sports facilities and are currently working on a scheme to improve disabled access throughout the campus.

We are currently working on other local schemes providing Mosques and youth facilities.

We work with local schools to provide work experience positions to assist young people interested in pursing a career in architecture.

We work under the Building Regulations Partnership Scheme working closely with Bradford Council Building Control Department.
